Registration Dates

• Author Registration Deadline (for all accepted papers): August 20, 2026 (hard)
• Early Bird Period (for all): until August 20, 2026
• Regular Registration Period: August 21, 2026 – September 20, 2026
• Late Registration Period: September 20, 2026 – November 14, 2026

Important Note to Authors

• Each paper at the main conference, regardless of paper type/track, must be covered by at least one full conference (non-student) author registration [FA below]. It corresponds to the green path in the diagram below.
• The only exception to the rule above are Doctoral Symposium papers, please check with the Doctoral Symposium co-Chairs.
• Each workshop paper must be covered by at least one workshop-only or full conference (non-student) author registration [WA below].
• One registration ([FA] or [WA] below) cannot cover more than one paper.

Main conference and workshop paper authors must register by August 20.

Registration Types

• [FA] Full-conference Author registration (ACM Member/Non-Member): Participants will have full access to the conference. Member rate is available to all association members upon submission of a valid membership number.
• [FP] Full-conference Participant registration (ACM Member/Non-Member): Participants will have full access to the conference. Member rate is available to all association members upon submission of a valid membership number.
• [FS] Full-conference Student registration (ACM Student Member/Student Non-Member): Student registration is available for those studying full time and who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible, you will need to provide a copy of your current student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status. Student Registration does not cover any paper registration.
• [WA] Workshop-only Author registration (ACM Member/Non-Member): Participants will have full access to the workshops only. Member rate is available to all association members upon submission of a valid membership number. This registration does not include a ticket to the social events.
• [WP] Workshop-only Participant registration (ACM Member/Non-Member): Participants will have full access to the workshops only. Member rate is available to all association members upon submission of a valid membership number. This registration does not include a ticket to the social events.
• [WS] Workshop-only Student registration (ACM Student Member/Student Non-Member): Students will have full access to the workshops only. Student registration is available for those studying full time and who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible, you will need to provide a copy of your current student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status. This registration does not include a ticket to the social events. Workshop-only Student Registration does not cover any paper registration.

Full Registration & Student Registration entitlements include

• Attendance at all conference sessions.
• Catering during session breaks and lunch.
• Welcome Reception on November 10, 2026.
• Gala Dinner Event ticket on November 13, 2026.
• Access to the conference app.

Workshop-only Registration entitlements include

• Attendance at all workshop sessions on November 10 and November 14 afternoon.
• Catering during workshop session breaks and lunch on November 10 and 14.
• Access to the conference app.

Special Rates for Individuals in Economically Developing Countries

Participants affiliated with an institution from any developing countries listed in the ACM List can register with a 60% discount for any participant and student registration, this means any of these [FP], [FS], [WP], [WS] registrations are eligible.

What registration should I choose?

Registration Fees

Payment is required upon registration.

All payments must be made in US dollars (US$).

⚠️ Each paper needs to be associated with one full (non-student) author registration at either ACM Member rate, or non-member rate. One full registration can cover only one accepted paper.

⚠️ Each workshop paper needs to be associated with one workshop-only (non-student) or full (non-student) author registration at either ACM Member rate, or non-member rate. One workshop-only or full registration can cover only one accepted workshop paper.

⚠️ One full registration covers either one paper in the main conference (regardless of the track) or one paper in a workshop.

* Welcome & Dinner reception tickets are included with Full Conference Package. This purchase is for attendees who do not have Full Conference Package or need to purchase a Welcome Reception ticket & Dinner Ticket for their Guest.

**Guest Registration Includes coffee-breaks, lunches, Welcome Reception ticket and Dinner ticket for one attendee guest.
