If you would like to have your poster printed locally and delivered directly to the conference venue, please follow the instructions below:
- Send your poster file by email to alexandre.graficamenon@gmail.com. The subject must be "ACMMM2026_Poster_Track_OpenReviewID”.
- Track should be one of the following options: Main, BNI, Datasets, or the Workshop or GrandChallenge acronym. If your track is not listed, please use a reasonable acronym for your track.
- The file must be submitted in PDF format and sized exactly A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm), portrait orientation. The file name must be "ACMMM2026_Poster_Track_OpenReviewID.pdf"
- The cost is BRL 260 per poster.
- Once your file has been received and checked for printing requirements, you will receive a secure credit card payment link.
- After payment is confirmed, your poster will be printed and delivered directly to the conference organizers at the venue on November 9, 2026.
Deadline
Poster printing requests must be submitted by November 1, 2026. Requests received after this date will not be accepted for printing.
File Requirements
Please make sure that your poster is submitted as a PDF and is correctly formatted to A0 size (841 mm × 1189 mm), portrait orientation. Files that do not meet these requirements may delay processing.
Poster Specifications
Posters will be printed on canvas material, in A0 size and portrait orientation, and will include support rods and a hanging cord.
Poster Collection
Printed posters will be available for collection by participants at the conference registration desk starting November 10, 2026.
